Paneer bhurji is a popular north Indian recipe made from paneer(Indian cottage cheese.
A delicious Indian vegetarian dish of scrambled Indian cottage cheese(paneer) with capsicum called paneer shimla mirch bhurji.

Preparation time-20 minutes
Serving-4

Ingredients:
Paneer/Indian cottage cheese(crumbled)-200 gm
Onion (chopped)-2(large)
Tomato(chopped)-1 (medium)
Capsicum/bell pepper(chopped)-1/2
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
