150 gm Pasta (Fusilli)-
2 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1 -2 green chilli finely chopped
6-7 garlic finely chopped
1 large bell papers (capsicum) finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsp Mayonaise
1 tsp mixed herbs
to taste salt
50 gm cheese

Vegetable Cheesy Pasta Recipe-Indian Style Pasta-Easy and Delicious Pasta recipe with detailed photo and video recipe. basically pasta recipe prepared in tomato sauce with penne pasta, italian herbs, chilli flakes and basil leaves. pasta recipes are usually served as a meal for lunch and dinner, but can also served for breakfast.

furthermore, some important tips and suggestions for a perfect tomato pasta recipe. firstly, i always use italian tomatoes or roma tomates for tomato sauce for pasta. i highly recommend these two variations of tomatoes for pasta sauce. secondly, you can use store bought tomato puree for sauce but make sure it is prepared from italian tomatoes. lastly, i have used penne pasta to tomato pasta recipe, however even macaroni, or even spaghetti noodles can be used with the same sauce. It is one of the kids’ favoutite recipe so prepare it according to them.

I have used mix veggies like carrot, beans, bell papers, etc. however you can also add veggies like, peas, sweet corn, baby corn, cauliflower, mashroom etc. depending on whatever goes well with you.

Variations:

For this recipe you need about 5 cups of vegetable, replace the vegetables to your choice.

Serving suggestion:

Serve pasta with slice of toasted bread and green salad.

Additional Notes:

I like to serve pasta with slice toasted and spiced French bread. Before toasting the bread spread the olive oil and sprinkle basil, chili flakes and salt.
