Ingredients for Mayonnaise Chocolate Atta Brownie
½ Cup Atta (Whole wheat Flour)
1 tsp. Corn Flour
¼ Cup +1 tbsp. Powder Sugar
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
½ tsp. Soda bi Carb
Water as Required.
¼ Cup Chocolate Ganashe Thick for Garnishing
Take Mayonnaise, Powder Sugar, Corn Flour, Cocoa Powder, Soda bi carb, Atta (Whole Wheat Flour), Water and mix all ingredients well and prepare batter. Ready Brownie batter and check desire consistency in video. Now pre-heat the cooker with stand for 10-12 minutes. After preheating place brownie mold in the cooker and now bake Mayo Brownie on slow flame and 22-25 minutes. After Brownie ready remove from cooker and cool down for 5 minutes. Now unmold the Brownie and cool for 15 minutes. Spread the Chocolate Ganashe on the top and Serve.
Mayonnaise Chocolate Atta Brownie is stay good at room temperature for 4- 5 days and in refrigerator 8-10 days.
