This Tiffin recipe is an amazing combination of Health & Taste. In this video we are going to make no oven pizzas for Tiffin . For Base we are going to use moong Dal that is split gram dal . Really it is hard to believe that pizza can be sooo healthy !
INGREDIENTS :
FOR PIZZA MIXTURE :
bell peppers – 1 tbsp
onion- 2 tbsp
tomato – 1 tbsp
sweet corn – 2 tbsp
cottage cheese (paneer) – 1/2 cup
pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
oregano – 1/2 tsp
chilli flakes – 1/4 tsp (you may add more)
salt – as per taste
mozzarella (pizza) cheese – 1/2 cup
MOONG DAL MIXTURE:
yellow moong dal splits – 1/2 cup (soaked for 5 – 6 hours or overnight)
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
eno (fruit salt) – 1/4 tsp
